Book in for a free 20 minute discovery call. We can see if we are a good fit for each other. We will go through any questions you may have (you can see the FAQs here). I’ll explain a bit more about how the mind works and we can discuss what you want to work on

We can do one-offs or a package which is often beneficial to create rapid and lasting change as well as accountability to ensure the new thought-patterns and behaviours are installed and embed deeply

Everybody is different. We can design the coaching program that works for you. Whether that’s contained to just punchy rapid change in 55 min slots or designing additional tasks and tools for you to practice between sessions for even deeper change

In this 90 minutes we will get clear on your goals and create change from day one. This slightly longer session can be handy for a deeper dive or if would like a more relaxing session

We will explore what you'd like to work on and usually proceed with a process immediately to get you change as quickly as possible. It's surprising how much can be shifted in under an hour

In the first session we will understand your issue, the shift you want to create and kick-start the change process from day one. The next two sessions are about re-wiring your brain; we will embed and deepen the new neural pathways linked to the goal and behaviour you want

Massive change is possible within this timeframe. You will gain everyday tools to regulate your nervous system and develop the skills to become your own coach having gained invaluable knowledge of how the brain works. We will also be able to tackle any issues with different processes and approaches ensuring that we get to the root of what is happening and make meaningful change
